AM Power Yoga provides Pregnancy Yoga and Pregnancy Pilates to expectant mums, both at our Old Street studio, as well as private sessions. Join us and become part of a community, sharing this amazing experience with other expectant mothers. Regular sessions of will help you to build strength, lower back pain and reduce stress. You will also learn breathing techniques which can be very valuable during labor.
If you find coming to our studio difficult, why not try private sessions in the comfort of your home. Our expert and fully insured instructors will come to your home (we cover London zone 1-2) for your pregnancy yoga or pilates session. A private session can be conducted at your own pace and is tailor made to your ability level. And if you know other expectant mums in the area, we would be happy to do a private session for upto 3 people at no extra cost.
AM Power Yoga also conducts regular workshops for expectant mums. Our workshops cover a number of area including breathing techniques, focussing on flexibility and stamina as well as preparing for birth.
