Lorien Roberts’ Journey into the wonderful world of yoga started with a recommendation from a physiotherapist. They highly recommended the use of movement with a focus on correction of alignment. He knew already of course how great exercise made him feel, and when he was introduced to yoga, could then match this with the stress relieving benefits of using the breath in the correct way for a peaceful body and mind.
Whether as a form of exercise in its own right, or to balance with other forms of exercise, Lorien became hooked and has always been taken by the delightful yoga community that are drawn to this wonderful following.
Yoga was Initially a pursuit for his own health and wellbeing, but Lorien developed a desire to share these health benefits with as many people as he could. He completed his Yoga Teacher Training with the fantastic ’Yoga Alliance’ certified ‘Yoga London’ who prepared him as a safe, confident and very professional Yoga Instructor. He is trained in Vinyasa Flow with a particular focus on the Ashtanga Modified Primary Sequence although with experience has learnt to adapt his style to meet the level and requirements of any student.
With his positive energy and professional manner, he seeks to share wellbeing with the world! He believes that if you look after yourself properly (via the path of yoga), Happiness is inevitable!’.
