Paulius was born and raised in the magical land of Lithuania, country of beautiful nature and old spiritual traditions. Spending years in different offices and developing various product design projects he always knew that there’s much more to life than Monday-to-Friday routine… So, in 2008, leaving his designer’s career behind he moved to England. Just following an inner call to find a more authentic self he opened a new page of his life bringing to himself a new beginnings
Previously practiced extreme sports and martial arts surrendered their place to the more tranquil but not less easy practices of Yoga and meditation. Eventually he started feeling a strong and unexplainable pull towards India. He decided to travel there. He dedicated one year for exploring, volunteering and studying in India, discovering almost surreal places of astonishingly beautiful nature and meeting wonderful people, absorbing the knowledge and getting inspiration from Yoga and meditation teachers, buddhist monks and simple ordinary people…
When he came back to England and felt that he is ready to take one more step forward – he took one year to study and complete a YA accredited teacher training course in Vinyasa Flow. Since then he is offering private and group Yoga classes in London.
His Yoga practice draws inspiration form Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar and Vipassana meditation, so you might expect a dynamic and energetic practice, focusing on precision of alignment and mindfulness in his classes.
He also enjoy exploring various Yoga philosophy and buddhist texts, loves spending time in nature and he is a vegan activist.
