The workshop focusses on meditation routines along with correct postures and breathing techniques during the asanas. It takes you through a journey of exploring one’s own self, replacing any negativity with happiness of the mind.
We will focus on the breathing as a tool to switch off the sympathetic nervous system into parasympathetic nervous system where body and mind gets back to its rest and digest mechanisms. And as a result slowly becoming aware of the choices we make in our lives.
The workshops concludes with a session on nutrition, how making small changes in our eating habits could lead to a happier, healthier you.
