We are taking the practise of Yoga to the next level by combining the ancient Yoga practice with the modern approach of fitness and muscle tone.
Our classes are heated to around 28 degrees which is the perfect temperature to warm your muscles so they can stretch more in a dynamic practise.
In addition to the usual classes of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, we offer a number of new classes: Rocket Yoga, Sweat and Surrender, Hot Flow Abs and High Intensity Yoga. Each class is specifically designed to challenge your body and yet infuse a feeling of relaxation in the mind
Yin Yoga is a slower practise of Yoga involving longer seated and lying down poses. targeting deeper muscles. It helps in deep stretching around the knees, spine, legs and pelvic area and lowers stress. Highly recommended for office workers with high stress jobs or mums looking for a calming break.
Hot Flow Abs
Want a stronger core and flat stomach! Try our Hot Yoga Abs class focussed on legs, bums and abs. The class combines dynamic fluid movements to burn calories and a sequence of asanas to tone the muscles in the core, upper legs and bum area. Great for burning calories and strengthening core.

High Intensity Yoga is a 45 mins, fast paced class combining elements of Vinyasa Yoga, cardio and personal training. You would be challenged to take your Yoga practise a level up by poses to strengthen and tone the key muscles. Body weight exercises would ensure that you get a full body workout in the class!
