During this 2 hours workshop you will be focusing on the art of “flying”.
We will cover different arm balances and inversions, some preparatory exercises as well as variations in order to achieve our goals. The practice of arm balances and inversions is crucial to building strength and awareness in the upper body as well as overall endurance. We will also touch areas such as basic anatomy, internal locks (bandhas) and recommended breathing techniques.
