The workshop will focus on some of the key inversion (headstand, handstand, arm balance etc) and opening for backstand poses – breaking them down into simple steps to master the technique. While some of these poses may appear challenging and will take some practise to master, they have many benefits including strengthening the core, improving digestion and increased energy levels. The key to learning inversions is to get the technique right, figuring which muscle groups to focus on and gain the maximum benefit from the Yoga practise.
