Come to immerse yourself in this 2 hours workshop, designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your hidden nature with presence and awareness.
Beginning with Meditation and Pranayama to ground and start moving the blocked energy, we will then slowly and mindfully engage with the body through gentle stretches and supported yin and restorative postures, to help release stress held in the body and to shift the nervous system into relaxation.
This workshop will provide you a reflective and tranquil space to encourage the meditative and healing process of this sacred practice; allowing you the time to pause and return to the self.
