Hannah’s love and passion for yoga was sparked through her professional dance career. She has been teaching and studying movement for 15 years and believes that dance and yoga is for everyone . She has taught children to elders, people with disabilities and mental health issues and complete beginners to professional dancers.
Wanting to learn the origins of yoga she spent over a year in India learning Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Kalaripayyattu (South Indian Martial Art).
Focusing on correct alignments, anatomy and visualisations she will guide you into breathing and moving in unison.
Her passion and drive in yoga is connection; connection to people and your true self.
