Jane: Vinyasa Yoga and Corporate Yoga
Jane teaches vinyasa classes at both our Old Street and Archway studios as well as taking corporate yoga
classes for AM Power Yoga London.
Jane believes that yoga is the remedy that allows us to create space in the both the body and the
mind. It allows us to turn off the autopilot mode we tend to operate in and to act consciously.
Jane’s goal is to spread the benefits of yoga, teaching classes that are accessible, that leave students
feeling both energised and calm, and that help students achieve that sense of relaxation both on and
off the mat.
Jane teaches a Vinyasa Flow style class that is about energising the body while being
kind to it, and understanding that the real benefit is not touching your chin to your toe, but to create
space in the body and calm in the mind.
Jane has rated highly by both her clients at the studio classes as well as corporate yoga clients.
