Melisa has had a dedicated yoga practice since 2013. She completed her training with The Yoga People in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket, with further training in Yin Anatomy.
Her sequences are deeply inspired by these dynamic practices and philosophy, linking breath and movement to create a sense of both energy and grounding. She encourages students to be mindful of their experience of a pose, not what it should look like, and her classes are open to all levels.
Melisa’s classes are balanced, inviting students to explore both stillness and vinyasa as they focus on deepening their own yoga practice.
